Contest Rules
The 2022 Peace Collective 12 Days of Giving rules are the following:
Eligibility
Peace Collective’s 12 Days of Giving is open to legal residents of Canada & USA who are 18 years of minimum age. Sponsors and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies and each of their respective officers, directors and employees, including Peace Collective and all affiliate sponsors, are ineligible to enter this contest or win a prize. Household members, and immediate family members of such individuals are also not eligible to win. “Household members” shall mean those people who share the same residence at least three months a year. “Immediate Family Members” shall mean parents, step-parents, legal guardians, children, step- children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses. This 12 Days contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited and restricted by law.
Prizes
Only one prize per person and per household will be awarded. Gift cards and gift certificates are subject to the terms and conditions specified on the card. Prizes cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash or substituted by winner.
The 12 Days of Giving is open to legal residents of Canada and USA, and prize will only be awarded and/ or delivered to addresses in said locations. All federal, provincial and local taxes, fees and surcharges are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Failure to comply with the Official Rules will result in forfeiture of the prize.
Peace Collective shall have the right at any time to require proof of identity and/or eligibility, including without limitation, government issued photo identification, to participate in the contest. Failure to provide such proof may result in disqualification. All personal and other information requested by and supplied for the purpose of the contest must be truthful, complete, accurate and in no way misleading. Peace Collective reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant should such an entrant at any stage supply untruthful, incomplete, inaccurate or misleading personal details and/or information.
Winner Selection
The winner(s) of this 12 Days of Giving will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received throughout the promotion period. The random drawing will be conducted approximately 1-2 days after the promotion period. Odds of winning will vary depending on the number of eligible Entries received.
All winners will be announced 12:00pm December 19th, 2022 via @peacecollective Instagram.
Winner Notification
Winner will be notified by Instagram Direct Message or/and email at the email address provided in the entry information approximately on or before 12:00pm December 19th, 2022. Potential winner must accept their prize by email within 48 hours of notification. Peace Collective is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive notification for any reason, including inactive email account(s), technical difficulties, associated therewith, or Winner’s failure to adequately monitor any email account. Winner will be asked a skill-testing question that must be answered for valid acceptance of prize. Once winners have been notified and have accepted the prize by email, all winners agree to a term of confidentiality until Peace Collective publicly announces them as winners
Publicity
Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Peace Collective to use the winner's name, social media handle, likeness and voice for advertising, trade or promotional purposes worldwide in commerce and in any media without limitation or additional compensation unless prohibited by law. The name of the 12 Days of Giving prize winner may be published in Peace Collective’s Instagram following verification of prize winner and at any future date.
