We offer one free return or exchange* for orders within Canada.


We're Making Room Sale Policy

Regular priced merchandise during this sale period (July 3 - 31, 2022) are subject to our regular return and exchange policy. Items that are discounted at 25% or more are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned. All other sale items (10% to 20%) are can be exchanged or returned for store credit only. 

Return & Exchange
You'll have 30 days from the ship date for online orders or receipt date for in-store purchases for all regular priced merchandise. Any items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns of any kind.

Peace Collective Inc. reserves the right to refuse any refunds that are not deemed re-sellable and may be returned to sender. 
Washing item(s) will void the return policy and we will no longer be able to accept the item as a return.
Refunds must be accompanied by a valid receipt and will be processed back to the original form of payment.  Please note that for all returns and exchanges, shipping and handling costs will not be refunded.
Gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless required by law. Gift cards do not contain an expiration date and can be used at any time at participating Peace Collective locations or online at www.peace-collective.com.
This return policy is only applicable to purchases made at peace-collective.com and at Peace Collective operated stores. Purchases made at retailers carrying Peace Collective are subject to the respective store's return policy.

*Free returns or exchanges means that we'll cover the cost of one of your orders and the item(s) coming back to us - no waiting in line at the post office to buy postage! If you are returning item(s) for a refund for store credit - the shipping charges you incurred at the time of your order will not be refunded since this was the cost to ship it out to you originally.
Peace Collective offers one free return to orders that have been shipped within Canada. Any additional returns or exchanges are subject to an $8.00 return fee.

Online Orders
1. Head over to our Returns Portal and enter your order number along with the e-mail address associated with the order.
2. Select the items and the reason why you're looking to return.
3. Click Return Items.
4. You will then receive an email containing the prepaid label. Be sure to return the package within the 30 day window (30 days from the ship date)
Please allow 7-14 business days for your return to be processed. Please note that shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.

*Only orders placed within Canada and the US are eligible for free returns. Orders placed and shipped outside of Canada and US will be responsible for postage return.

If you prefer to return or exchange your order at one of our stores, you can bring in the item along with the packing slip as long as the item has not been worn, washed or damaged. For a list of our stores and information - click here

If you've received an item in a damaged state caused by a manufacturer defect, please e-mail our support team at support@peace-collective.com within 14 days of the delivery date and we'll help you out there. Please be sure to include images of the defect and a brief description. Please note that removing the tags and/or washing the item will void the return policy and the damage policy.
